Our productions are made by welding between 1mm and 6mm in DW 144 Standards. There are production types as self-flange, gusset flanged, mitered and muffed.
Twisting is done at both ends (C) of the channel. These twists add strength to the channel. In addition, since the terminal can be attached, it provides ease of assembly. Perforated corner pieces are welded to the corners of the ducts and the ducts are attached to each other with bolts and nuts.
One end of the channel is opened outwards in the form of a half channel (the size of this opening varies according to the thickness of the sheet).
